Catie Davis

Catie comes to this work as someone who is also in process - continually working to bring more presence, warmth, and groundedness into the room. Her aim is to be attuned and steady without performing certainty or expertise. What matters more to her is being able to meet whatever is emerging with curiosity and care, and to be a collaborative companion as you walk your way towards your own answers.

Her practice is rooted in person-centered and experiential approaches, with a deep respect for the intelligence of your system, especially the parts that feel confusing or uncomfy! She's interested in following what unfolds naturally in a way that honors your timing and your process (and can sprinkle in bits of neuroscience if your vibe is understanding the 'how' of it all).

Outside of session, she's probably spending an unreasonable amount of time thinking about relationships, patterns, and practices for deepening her connections to others. Otherwise, she's goofin' around with friends, listening to her favorite musician's latest album, and falling into the occasional BG3 hole.
